Guarantee is valid only under proper care of product.
If you need to redeem our guarantee please take a photo of your purchase to keep for your recordsand mail the product to Timeless Smiles for inspection. Our quality control department will then
inspect the problem and either offer you a new appliance free of charge, or your full payment will be
refunded less the shipping costs. However, we have been in this business for many years and are
trained to spot neglectful care. We have seen everything and anything that can happen to an
appliance without proper care. If we do spot that proper care was not given and followed, your
appliance will be sent back to you, and your guarantee will be void.
